The purpose of the educational program is to provide training of specialists with fundamental knowledge and practical skills in economics and finance management, as well as be able to apply them to solve practical problems and complex specialized tasks characterized by complexity and uncertainty managing organizations and their divisions.

The program is based on fundamental management and general economic education, offers a comprehensive approach to effective global business management in the new business environment through theoretical and practical training with the use of modern information technologies. The program contains a set of professionally-oriented disciplines on managing economic entities development in Ukraine under economic globalization, the formation of management systems of economic organizations (enterprises) of various forms of ownership, organizational and legal forms. Upon completion of the program, the graduate can continue his studies at the second (master’s) level of higher education.

Students develop professional skills in making managerial decisions taking into account market conditions and strategies for innovative economic entities (enterprises) development in a globalized economy.

The educational process is aimed at humanitarian and advanced professional, information and analytical and language training. The languages ​​of study are Ukrainian and English. A feature of the program is the focus on creative development and applied training of managers.

During the educational process the student-centered problem-oriented learning is used as well as educational, practical, motivation methods, business cases, practical consultations and modern information technologies.

Professional competencies of the program include the formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of modern business management, the ability to determine the prospects of the organization, manage the organization and its divisions  through the implementation of management functions, choose and use modern management tools, plan activities and manage time, teamwork and to establish interpersonal interaction in solving professional tasks, evaluate the work performed, ensure their quality and motivate the staff of the organization, create and organize effective communication in the management process, understand the principles of psychology and use them in professional activities.

Upon completion of the program, the graduate can be employed in the following positions: manager of organizations, administration manager, logistics manager, marketing manager, personnel manager, supply manager, public relations manager, manager of foreign economic activity, assistant of the head of the production unit, assistant of the head of another main unit, assistant of the head of a small enterprise without management staff, assistant of the head of the enterprise (institution, organization), specialist in administration, responsible employee of the bank (a bank branch or a financial institution), specialist in financial and economic security, project management specialist, specialist in economy, financial and economic analyst. Graduates can work nationally and internationally.

Applicants for higher education can also take internships and participate in international projects under academic exchange programs, including Erasmus +.

The educational program also provides training for foreign citizens.
