The preparatory department of Kharkiv Educational and Scientific Institute of the State Higher Educational Institution “University of Banking” provides training for foreign citizens and stateless persons for admission to higher educational institutions, which consists of two cycles: language training and the study of general disciplines. The educational process is carried out in accordance with the curriculum in three areas: biomedical, engineering and economic.

Academic disciplines: Russian, Ukrainian, English, biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics, information technology, basics of financial literacy, history of Ukraine.

The staff of the preparatory department consists of experienced teachers who are well versed in the methodology of teaching languages ​​and natural disciplines to foreign students and trainees. Teachers are fluent in foreign languages ​​(English, German, French) and actively use these languages ​​in the learning process.

In addition to the educational process, extracurricular educational work is constantly carried out with students of the preparatory department: conversations, thematic excursions, visits to museums and theaters, hikes and evening concerts.

Entry and enrollment in training at the preparatory department for foreign citizens is carried out throughout the year.

Listeners of the preparatory department of the Kharkov Educational and Scientific Institute of the State Higher Educational Institution “University of Banking” are provided with a hostel.

After completing the curriculum and passing the session the student of the preparatory department receives the certificate of completion of the preparatory department. The state certificate obtained by a foreigner allows students of the preparatory department to continue their studies in any educational institution of Ukraine.

For admission to the preparatory department for foreign citizens a candidate for training must receive an official invitation to study to enter Ukraine.
